Children picky eaters or a partial eclipse is the bad habits which will affect his / her access to a comprehensive nutrition, and affect the body's normal growth and development. This is important for parents to help them to correct picky eaters. But they can not act with undue haste, such as beatings and other coercive means to deceive. This methods will cause the child's rebel and its impact will be bad. Therefore, the correct ways is the important thing we should know for children picky eaters. (1) Do not talk about a certain food which does not taste good in front of the children. Talk more about the nutritional value of the food what the children do not like to eat, and try to tell them that the food is good for them. And the parents should be setting an example in front of the children. Such as breathing tribute to sweet to the taste of food how good of them while eating. When children show a willing of eating, the parents should praise their children in time and this will lead the children eat more.
(2) Let the child eat with family together, or have dinner which other children who are not picky eaters. And creating a pleasant dining environment, then encourage him to learn from adults or other children.
(3) Strict control of eating snacks for children. The interval between meals is best kept at 3.5-4 hours, so that certain gastrointestinal emptying time, thus prone to hunger.
